If your primary mode of transportation is NOT a motorcycle, your brain tends to focus only on other automobiles around you, NOT motorcycles! Let's start training our minds to be aware of motorcycles! While on the road let's start counting motorcycles. Get your children / passengers involved. While you are out on the road start looking for motorcycles that are sharing the road with you. When you spot a motorcycle keep a count of them. Then on the 1st of each month submit this form with the total count of motorcycles you saw and all the details you can remember. The participant with the highest count will receive a surprise!! Remember motorcyclist lives are important to so many loved ones!!

Attention To Details!! List the make of the Motorcycle you saw, the location (City/State) you saw the Motorcycle, the color of the Motorcycle and if the rider was a man or woman. Provide as many details as possible about the Motorcycle. The total number of Motorcycles should match the lines in the list. Number each line as you go. If you don't have all the details just put as much as you can remember. *
